Heart Beat reunites w. HENNING BAER// Grounded Theory, ManHigh
► CÁI GÌ ĐÂY? ► Chính xác hai năm sau lần Henning Baer ra mắt khán giả Việt Nam lần đầu tiên tại Observatory, Heart Beat hết sức hào hứng trước dịp tái ngộ người bạn thân thiết của chúng ta. Muốn miêu tả âm thanh đặc trưng của Baer sẽ không có định nghĩa nào phù hợp hơn âm thanh mà Heart Beat muốn đại diện: thứ Techno khác thường, mê hoặc, rền vang, kim khí nhưng táo bạo mà ở đó không gian và thời gian hòa quyện, nâng niu quấn quít giao hoan với nhau trên sàn nhảy. Thiên hà techno của Baer kỳ này sẽ được bao quanh bởi những vì tinh tú khác như Javier Marimon, dũng sĩ đấu bò người Tây Ban Nha và Bố già Heart Beat Chris Wolter.

►Henning Baer [tức Stallion và thành viên nhóm K209 ] CHỦ HÃNG ĐĨA MANHIGH, Sonic Groove và DJ thường trú tại Grounded Theory, NGHỆ SĨ GHI ÂM ở Grounded Theory, Sonic Groove, Tanstaafl,Fuse và hiện sống tại Berlin, trong vai trò DJ thâm niên của Grounded Theory, kiêm thành viên sáng lập, nhà chọn lọc và tổ chức sự kiện, cũng như DJ có tên tuổi quốc tế bởi trình độ lẫn thẩm mỹ âm nhạc, Henning Baer đã đóng mác tiểu sử dày dặn thành tích của mình.
Từ khi thành lập vào năm 2009, Grounded Theory đã phát triển từ ý tưởng ban đầu ủng hộ tư tưởng techno mới tại Berlin để trở thành một định chế của đời sống nghệ thuật về đêm tại Berlin và của cả Âu lục. Được sự chỉnh hướng thấu suốt và quyết định kỳ tài, triết lý của Grounded Theory từ những năm tháng ròng ở tiền tuyến của nhạc điện tử, và vẫn luôn đa dạng, luôn không ngừng thú vị. Tái mô phỏng một set nhạc của Henning Baer, Grounded Theory kết hợp âm nhạc từ những thời kỳ và khu vực khác nhau, vừa bám sâu về cội rễ techno đồng thời tìm kiếm những âm thanh hãy còn ít được chú ý tại sàn nhảy Berlin: nhạc Anh quốc cấp tiến, điện tử thể nghiệm, techno underground từ khắp thế giới, thành danh lẫn mới nổi.
Henning Baer đang khẳng định sự độc lập mạnh mẽ hơn của mình qua các phong cách sản xuất âm thanh sáng tạo ở EP mới cho Taanstaafl Planets. Sự ra đời của hãng MANHIGH của riêng anh đã tôn thêm vững chắc nền tảng tác phẩm của anh, xây dựng bên cạnh những ít ỏi những nhân vật có xuất phẩm đáp ứng nổi những đôi tai khắt khe nhất của techno. Sau những đĩa nhạc đáng nể tại Sonic Groove, K209 và nhiều nơi khác, người hâm mộ khắp thế giới có thể kỳ vọng rất nhiều từ một hãng đĩa mà tiêu chí sánh ngang với chính Grounded Theory.
Dẫu đã là một nghệ sĩ đáng kính, sự tận tụy của Henning đã mang anh từ bàn DJ đến kệ đĩa Hardwax, từ sàn diễn đến những xuất hiện thường xuyên tại Berghain. Hiện tại anh đang tiếp tục xây đắp từ những thành tựu đáng gờm gắn với tên tuổi mình, cật lực góp vào bối cảnh techno đương đại từ một ký ức trở thành một tương lai sáng ngời.

► ►►JAVIER MARIMON (aka Noches)– Khi bạn nghe những giai điệu Techno trong các hộp đêm underground tại Saigon thì tỉ lệ rất cao đó là Javier đang đứng đằng sau DJ Booth. Là một fan hâm mộ Heiko Laux từ rất lâu và đây cũng là lần thứ 2 anh gia nhập Heart Beat–một gương mặt quá quen thuộc với các khán giả underground Saigon. Javier vừa cho ra mắt Hoy, một album tuyệt tác với hãng thau Kizen Records từ Tokyo, Nhật Bản: “if you want your ambient music filled with granular aesthetics, off-kilter techno and dusty atmospheres this one is for you.”

►CHRIS WOLTER: [Đức] đến từ Rostock, thành phố vùng Hanse, nơi có một bối cảnh âm nhạc luôn chuyển động, như những gì anh đã cho thấy suốt 2 năm qua. Ít nhất đã có 5 vị khách đến Việt Nam từ Rostock xa xôi. Chris, anh đã sống 7 năm trong văn hóa Việt Nam và dĩ nhiên không ai khác chính là người sáng lập (bố chưa già) của Heart Beat. Ta sẽ thưởng thức âm thanh đặc trưng nhất, mang đậm dấu ấn của anh với quả bom techno Scorpion, Bubi. Trở thành DJ cách đây đúng 10 năm, và 2008 với màn ra mắt Việt Nam tại festival điện tử nổi tiếng Hanoi Soundstuff.

▬▬▬▬Âm nhạc underground techno ▬▬▬▬▬▬ Heart Beat; Đây là sự kiện 33 và tập thể đứng sau Underground Body Music với vai trò promoter, hệ thống âm thanh, xây dựng cộng đồng non trẻ và một label chớm nở. Heart Beat giới thiệu văn hóa techno vào đời sống ban đêm của Saigon bằng những đêm định kỳ biểu diễn, nơi ta có thể tìm thấy những tên tuổi quốc tế song song với các tài năng trong nước biểu diễn những bản techno kinh điển và mê hoặc.
►Intro Venue: ARCAN là không gian giải trí underground mới nhất, do Goss & Flo thiết kế và vận hành cùng công ty Asian Rave Connection Ltd. Mới thành lập từ tháng 6 2017, ARC Ltd mong muốn phát triển các thương vụ âm nhạc underground của văn hóa TeKno và các dòng á văn hóa khác như Psy-Trance, Techno hay Drum & Bass. ARCAN chính là hiện thân đầu tiên, sẽ khai trương vào đúng Thứ 6 ngày 13 tháng 4, 2018 bằng một tiệc rave 3 ngày liên tiếp, ban đêm tại Club và trong ngày tại Nhà hàng cạnh bể bơi, cùng hệ thống âm thanh A15kW FBT trong nhà do Medusa đảm trách cùng hệ thống âm thanh ngoài trời chuẩn quốc tế Pikip. ►Henning Baer [aka Stallion and in group K209 ] LABELOWNER MANHIGH, Sonic Groove and Resident DJ of Techno party promoter Grounded Theory, RECORDING ARTIST ON Grounded Theory, Sonic Groove, Tanstaafl,Fuse and based in Berlin as the senior resident DJ of Grounded Theory, one of its founders, curator of its celebrated agency and events, and a DJ of worldwide renown for ability and tastes, Henning Baer forged his enviable résumé with his own hands.
Since its beginning in 2009, Grounded Theory has grown from a bracing new idea in Berlin techno to an institution of artistic nightlife both at its home and around the continent. Directed with acute vision and unerring judgment, its philosophy extracted from Henning’s long years at the front lines of electronic music, it remains diverse and cutting edge. Mirroring Henning Baer’s DJ sets, Grounded Theory combines music from different eras and areas, remaining rooted in techno while shedding light on sounds less frequently heard on Berlin dance floors: forward UK music, experimental electronics, and underground techno names from across the globe, both new and established.
Henning Baer is asserting greater independence with innovative new production styles on a recent EP for Taanstaafl Planets. The launch of his own MANHIGH imprint buttresses the foundation of his own work, to be built up alongside a select few whose productions meet the curatorial acumen of one of techno’s finest ears. After esteemed releases on Sonic Groove, K209 and elsewhere, fans worldwide have much to look forward to from a label whose standards match those of Grounded Theory.
Already a respected artist, Henning’s diligence has transported him from the counter to the shelves of Hardwax and from the floor to the booth of Berghain in regular appearances. Now he is building further upon these impressive accomplishments, profoundly shaping contemporary techno from recent memory into the foreseeable future.

►CHRIS WOLTER hailing from Hanse city Rostock, with a very active scene, as we all have experienced these past years. At least 5 guests from the Rostock area come over to Saigon. Chris is already more than 7 years part of the Vietnamese culture and of course founding father (Papa) of Heart Beat. Made his debut in 2004 as DJ and in 2008 his first set in Vietnam during the Hanoi Soundstuff Festival. Now also performing and releasing under his alias Phuc Long on HRBR a new imprint with BAX as head honcho. And in 2018 expect several EP from his hand after the relaunch of Heart Beat Recordings, now rebranded as Pink Room records

►Intro Venue: ARCAN is a new underground entertainment venue, designed and operated by Goss & Flo and their crew through their company Asian Rave Connection Ltd.
Created in June 2017, ARC Ltd aims at creating various businesses to promote underground TeKno culture and other subcultural music genders such as Psy-Trance, Techno or Drum & Bass.
ARCAN, the first of those, will open its doors for the first time on Friday 13th of April 2018 for non-stop 3 days rave party, by night in the Club and during the day in the Restaurant by the swimming pool. A15kW indoor FBT sound system set up by Medusa and an International first for Pikip outdoor solar sound-system. Not to mention the unique psychedelic deco from The Mas Studio (Hadra Association) showcased for the first time in a club in Vietnam.
