►INTRO: Our first collab with Institut Français will result in a massive show with
Concrete Paris resident and personification of the French Techno scene, Antigone.
We could not have dreamt for more. While he embodies the genre’s
sensibilities while also sounding distinct from the hordes of phoned-in techno
tracks that swamp the market. Antigone balances emotive atmospheres with
an imposing sense of space, verges on a big-room sound. Regardless of how
he’s described, Antigone is deep in the habit of producing sure-shot weapons
with undeniable momentum and weight. Heart Beat purveyors of techno already brought you artist as Marco Shuttle, Shifted, Henning Baer, Etapp Kyle, Ed Davenport, Oliver Deutschmann and many more.
►NEWS: The Underground Sound of Paris is the first in a new series of documentaries m; probing and exploring unique facets of electronic music club culture.
Told through the eyes of the characters who created, germinated and spawned the scene over twenty years ago – Laurent Garnier, D’Julz, DJ Deep, Nick V and the former Minister of Culture, Jack Lang – to current rave mavericks – Concrete, 75021 at 6B, Francois X, Antigone and Djebali – they lead us through the journey from Paris’ roots in African rhythms and Jazz, to the 90s electronic explosion including the inaugural Techno Parade, through to the current anti-establishment DIY party ethic of the scene today. Antigone (Antonin Jeanson) is a young Parisian artist at the fore-front of the French techno scene.
His entry into the world of electronic music has been highly acclaimed. With his initial EP Forbidden
Works published by Construct Re-form. Antigone followed his debut with the Menace of Species release on Concrete Music, an offering
warmly welcomed by the techno scene.
Up next, Antigone successfully collaborated with his friend Francois X for Dement3d as well as the first edition of Reclaim Your City, alongside Subjected, Blind Observatory and Zadig.
Tracks like “As I walk to you” for Construct Reform or his EP “The Day the Sky Fell” (for Indigo Aera) illustrate the hypnotic, melodic and melancholic style of his productions.
This very personal electronic style has guided Antigone through the doors of clubs such as Fuse, Trouw, Corsica Studios, Rex, Tresor, Berghain and awarded him a residency at Concrete.
His meteoric ascent and the warm reception to all his productions make Antigone an emblematic player in the French Techno scene.
He recently released a track on PoleGroup (Compilation Unknown Landscapes Vol. 3 mixed by Exium) and is currently preparing several releases on the labels Taapion, Dement3d and Token.

►CHRIS WOLTER hailing from Hanse city Rostock, with a very active scene, as we all have experienced these past years. At least 5 guests from the Rostock area come over to Saigon. Chris is already more than 7 years part of the Vietnamese culture and of course founding father (Papa) of Heart Beat. Releasing his signature sound on Heart Beat’s imprint with his latest techno release of Chanhy by night and “Scorpion” following “Bubi”. Made his debut in 2004 as DJ and in 2008 his first set in Vietnam during the Hanoi Soundstuff Festival. Now also performing and releasing under his Alias Phuc Long on HRBR a new imprint with BAX as head honcho.
►OKO Evgeniy Kolyaskin (or Oko) born in Odesssa began his career in 2000 in a very classic way. First, he and his brother opened a Record store, then switch to a DJ, radio, concerts and talent management nightclubs.
In 10 years, Evgeniy was war by all not only in his homeland but also became a name regularly appeared in Russia. Since 2004, he performed at the festival Kazantip nực in the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) and Eastern Europe.
From 2009 to 2012, Evgeniy while living in Kiev, became an active member of the club scene. In addition, he was resident of the largest nightclubs in Kiev. Since 2010, Evgeniy has become an indispensable component of RTS.FM Studio – world renowned music radio channel. In 2014, he went to Asia, and so people do not have difficulties in pronouncing his name, he adapted Oko as his alias. Listen to his story, let’s embrace each layer of sound and float away into the night.
►VISUALS: EROL – no light show will be needed, standing all night besides the DJ’s this one man live show called Erol produces the visuals that will entangle with the sonic typhoon the artist create and release. It is the Lightning going with the storm, the techno Viking god in person and hard NOT to get hypnotized by his creations.

Antigone là một nghệ sĩ Paris trẻ trung nằm ở tuyến đầu của scene Techno nước Pháp, mà ở đó, sự gia nhập của anh vào thế giới nhạc điện tử được nồng nhiệt đón nhận. Qua EP Forbidden đầu tay và Works do Construct Re-form phát hành, Antigone đã tung ra album đầu tay Menace of Species thông qua Concrete Music, một tác phẩm được giới techno tán thưởng.
Ngay sau đó, Antigone đã có một hợp tác vô cùng thành công với Francois X cho Dement3d, đồng thời là đĩa nhạc đầu tiên với Reclaim Your City, ngang hàng với những tên tuổi Subjected, Blind Observatory và Zadig.
Những tác phẩm như As I walk to you cho Construct Re-form hay EP The Day the Sky Fell (cho Indigo Aera) đặc trưng một phong cách production mê hoặc, giàu giai điệu và đuộm buồn. Chính phong cách này đã dẫn dắt chàng trai trẻ Antigone vào hàng loạt những club danh tiếng như Fuse, Trouw, Corsica Studios, Rex, Tresor, Berghain và một chân đều đặn sau bàn mix ở Concrete.
Sự thăng tiến chóng mặt và sự đón nhận nhiệt tình các sản phẩm âm nhạc đóng mác Antigone đã biến anh trở thành một nghệ sĩ tiêu biểu của scene Techno Pháp.

VỚI SỰ THAM GIA CỦA
CHRIS WOLTER: [Đức] đến từ Rostock, thành phố vùng Hanse, nơi có một bối cảnh âm nhạc luôn chuyển động, như những gì anh đã cho thấy suốt 2 năm qua. Ít nhất đã có 5 vị khách đến Việt Nam từ Rostock xa xôi. Chris, anh đã sống 7 năm trong văn hóa Việt Nam và dĩ nhiên không ai khác chính là người sáng lập (bố chưa già) của Heart Beat. Ta sẽ thưởng thức âm thanh đặc trưng nhất, mang đậm dấu ấn của anh với quả bom techno Scorpion, Bubi. Trở thành DJ cách đây đúng 10 năm, và 2008 với màn ra mắt Việt Nam tại festival điện tử nổi tiếng Hanoi Soundstuff.
OKO: Evgeniy Kolyaskin (hay Oko) sinh ra ở Odesssa bắt đầu sự nghiệp từ năm 2000 theo một cách hết sức kinh điển. Đầu tiên, anh cùng người anh mở một hiệu đĩa, sau đó chuyển sang làm DJ, phát thanh, các buổi diễn và biệt tài quản lý các hộp đêm.
Trong 10 năm, Evgeniy đã chinh chiến bằng hết không chỉ ở mảnh đất quê hương mà còn trở thành một cái tên đều đặn xuất hiện ở Nga. Từ 2004, anh biểu diễn ở festival Kazantip nức tiếng ở Cộng đồng các quốc gia độc lập (CIS) và Đông Âu.
Từ 2009 đến 2012, Evgeniy sống ở Kiev, trở thành một thành viên năng nổ của giới chơi club thành thị, tham gia vào một công ty booking và tổ chức một festival âm nhạc. Ngoài ra, anh còn là khách quý của các hộp đêm lớn tại Kiev. Từ 2010, Evgeniy đã trở thành một thành phần không thể thiếu của RTS.FM Studio – kênh vô tuyến âm nhạc lừng danh thế giới. Năm 2014, anh đến Châu Á, và để mọi người không gặp phải khó khăn khi phát âm tên mình, anh đã chuyển sang nghệ danh Oko. Hãy lắng nghe, hãy đón nhận từng tầng số âm thanh và lắc lư theo.

▬▬▬▬Âm nhạc underground techno cổ điển là tất cả những gì nói lên Heart Beat. Bao gồm một loạt các DJ quốc tế từ Đức, Anh, Y, Pháp và Việt Nam, Heart Beat Saigon chơi nhiều thể loại âm nhạc, từ âm nhạc tối giản phong cách Detroit cho đến nhạc techhouse sôi động đầy năng lượng từ Châu Âu. Dù chơi bất cứ thể loại nào thì điểm nhấn mạnh vẫn luôn là sự đam mê, sáng tạo để mang những âm thanh “underground body music” đến những sàn nhảy Sài Gòn.
Với mong muốn phát triển dòng nhạc underground techno ở Sài Gòn, Heart Beat Saigon cố gắng duy trì một lịch hoạt động liên tục, thường xuyên giới thiệu các DJ quốc tế đang đi diễn tại Châu Á, cùng với các DJ ở trong nước tại các địa điểm có chất lượng tốt ở Sài Gòn. Giữa những sự kiện lớn, Heart Beat tự hào giới thiệu các buổi tiệc tại những địa điểm ấm cúng do các DJ người nước ngòai và DJ người Việt Nam đang sinh sống tại Việt Nam chơi nhạc

Giờ đây trở lại ở một địa điểm mới, hoàn toàn khuất nẻo, và có một góc tuyệt đẹp nhìn về đường chân trời và bờ sông, và đương nhiên, một buổi hậu-tiệc buổi bình minh.
