Due to ongoing issues with the closing times of the Observatory, we are forced to move our event with Pär Grindvik on 20 January to another location.
Do có vài vấn đề nên Observatory sẽ tạm ngưng hoạt động một thời gian, vì thế party ngày 20/01cùng với Pär Grindvik buộc phải dời sang một vị trí khác.

► INTRO: Pär is indirectly connected to Heart Beat through our close friend Andre Kronert. Andre released profusely on Pär’s label Stockholm Ltd and Pär released on Andre’s Odd/Even vice versa. We love the release of LP Exu with “Into the Zone” played by Ben Klock on Awakening festival 2015 and Exu reworked by Efdemin and CODE2 by Ed Davenport you’ve probably had the honour to when Ed graced the decks in July 2015 in the Observatory. After releasing his first full album ‘Isle of Real’ on his own imprint in the spring of this year, we thought it would be the right time to bring Pär over to Vietnam. And luckily we’ve succeeded, thanks to great support in the region. You already know Heart Beat Saigon as the purveyors of techno in the past bringing you artist like Antigone, Shifted, Henning Baer, Marco Shuttle, Etapp Kyle, Ed Davenport, Oliver Deutschmann and many more.

► FULL BIO Pär Grindvik has been a central figure in the Swedish electronic scene since the 90s as record store owner, label manager and producer. In his artistic career Pär has released music across a plethora of acclaimed electronic labels, including a string of hits on his own Stockholm LTD imprint as well as Drumcode, with frequent collaborator Hardcell. Pär’s recent output has seen him contribute music to labels such as Semantica, Marbacka, Sinister and Dystopian.
Founded in 2002, Stockholm LTD began as an outlet for singles and EPs from Swedish artists with a focus on releasing timeless electronic music. It has since developed into a hallmark for finely crafted electronic music from a range of international artists. Over the past two decades Pär’s involvement with the electronic music community has branched out across the globe. Openly passionate about supporting underground talent, Pär works closely with an ever-expanding repertoire of labels and artists. As a DJ Pär tours the world, transporting his deft and uniquely dynamic DJ sets to techno fans internationally and on a weekly basis. His worldwide popularity as a performer stems not only from his skill and versatility but also as a result of the energy he puts into every performance. It’s this combination that enables him to bring the heat to the best clubs in the world Pär continues to serve as one of the most exciting and hardworking contributors to the scene. Every inch of Pär’s work, including labels, artwork, release info and music, is wrapped with heart and emotion, a quality which keeps the sparkle and curiosity alive within the ever changing adaptations of the artistic world.

►DJ OUCH! From Neuchâtel, Switzerland, Dj Ouch! started deejaying in the late 90s. He is one of the founding members of the drum and bass crew Insane Drumsounds. He spent the year 2000 in Madrid and started to play deep house. He started producing his own beats in 2003. He also has a passion for funk, disco and afrobeat. He is now based in Ho Chi Minh City and will be closing after Grindvik if there is still anything to close, roof or no roof, DJ Ouch! will be your guide to keep dancing far after sunrise!!
►CHRIS WOLTER hailing from Hanse city Rostock, with a very active scene, as we all have experienced these past years. At least 5 guests from the Rostock area come over to Saigon. Chris is already more than 7 years part of the Vietnamese culture and of course founding father (Papa) of Heart Beat. Releasing his signature sound on Heart Beat’s imprint with his latest techno release of Chanhy by night and “Scorpion” following “Bubi”. Made his debut in 2004 as DJ and in 2008 his first set in Vietnam during the Hanoi Soundstuff Festival. Now also performing and releasing under his Alias Phuc Long on HRBR a new imprint with BAX as head honcho.
►VISUALS by EROL – no light show will be needed, standing all night besides the DJ’s this one man live show called Erol produces the visuals that will entangle with the sonic typhoon the artist create and release. It is the Lightning going with the storm, the techno Viking god in person and hard NOT to get hypnotized by his creations.
▬▬▬▬▬▬▬Intro Heart Beat ▬▬▬ this is the 23rd instalment of Heart Beat, also known as the Techno crew of Saigon, enriching its scene with their selection of “ Underground Body Music”, in doing so as a promoter, sound system, tiny community and nascent record label. Pär và Heart Beat bén duyên qua người bạn thân Andre Kronert. Andre phát hành thường trực ở Stockholm Ltd của Pär còn Pär phát hành ở Odd/Even của Andre. Chúng ta đều yêu thích LP Exu với Into the Zone do Ben Klock trình diễn tại festival Awakening năm 2015 và khi Exu được Efdemin và CODE2 của Ed Davenport mó tay, chúng ta đã hẳn đã có vinh dự được thưởng thức Ed hồi tháng 7 2015 tại The Observatory. Sauk hi tung ra album hoàn chỉnh Isle of Real mùa xuân năm nay, chúng tôi cho rằng đã đến lúc phải “rinh” Pär đến Việt Nam. Và may thay, chúng tôi đã thành công, nhờ vào sự đồng ủng hộ của các nhà tổ chức tại Đông Nam Á khác. Và chắc hẳn bạn đã biết Heart Beat Saigon là những kẻ chuyên chính techno từ trước đến nay, đã mang đến Antigone, Shifted, Henning Baer, Marco Shuttle, Etapp Kyle, Ed Davenport, Oliver Deutschmann và nhiều nữa các tên tuổi khác.

► TIỂU SỬ: Pär Grindvik đã luôn nằm ở tâm điểm của giới trình diễn điện tử Thụy Điển từ thập niên 90 trong vai trò chủ hiệu đĩa, chủ label và nhà sản xuất. ►CHRIS WOLTER: [Đức] đến từ Rostock, thành phố vùng Hanse, nơi có một bối cảnh âm nhạc luôn chuyển động, như những gì anh đã cho thấy suốt 2 năm qua. Ít nhất đã có 5 vị khách đến Việt Nam từ Rostock xa xôi. Chris, anh đã sống 7 năm trong văn hóa Việt Nam và dĩ nhiên không ai khác chính là người sáng lập (bố chưa già) của Heart Beat. Ta sẽ thưởng thức âm thanh đặc trưng nhất, mang đậm dấu ấn của anh với quả bom techno Scorpion, Bubi. Trở thành DJ cách đây đúng 10 năm, và 2008 với màn ra mắt Việt Nam tại festival điện tử nổi tiếng Hanoi Soundstuff.
